Terms and Conditions

  • You must be of legal age to purchase any items from us. We may request ID before shipping.
  • You must be 18yrs on any long gun, or long gun ammunition.
  • You must be 21yrs on any handgun, or ATF defined other firearms (pistol grip shotguns, receivers, frames and handgun ammunitions)
  • You are responsible for checking all federal, state and local laws before purchasing.
  • You must provide us with valid contact information with any order placed, we may have to contact you before shipping.
  • You are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearms you are purchasing. You can not purchase firearms for someone else. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/dont-lie-other-guy
  • You are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime for which you could be imprisoned for more than one year.
  • You have not been convicted in any court for a felony or any other crime for which you could be imprisoned for more than a year.
  • You are not a fugitive from justice.
  • You are not an unlawful user of or addicted to marijuana, depressants, stimulants, narcotic drugs, or any controlled substance.
  • You have not been adjudicated mentally defective or have not been committed to a mental institution by determination by a court that you are a danger to yourself.
  • You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • You are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.
  • You have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • You have never renounced your United States citizenship.
  • You are not illegal alien in the United State.
  • You understand that handling the firearms or ammunition improperly can result in harm and will follow safety procedures.
  • You have 72 hours to pay for orders. If payment has not been received item can be sold to someone else. If you pay later and item is out of stock we will replace or refund at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment on listing errors and will refund full amount of purchase. We will not charge a restocking fee on listing errors.
  • If you cancel a order you agree to a 10% restocking fee on all cancellations.
